This Indo-Sasanian billon Drachms, 15-17 mm in size, that circulated in the southern Rajput states of India. It is a type of Mitchiner (Non-Islamic States) 423-430, the Chaulukya series of Saurashtra and Gujarat, used from 950-1050 AD, or the Chaulukya-Paramara series of Saurashtra, Gujarat and Malwa, used from circa 1050-1150 AD. The coins are derivatives of the standard Sasanian type, with a portrait on the obverse and a fire altar on the reverse. The portrait (facing right) is apparent on these examples, but you might have to use your information. the obverse is neither a foot nor meant to be phallic. They grade a nice VF.
